Multiple Superior Absorption runes?
Is there any benefit from having multiple Sup Absorption runes?

However, runes do provide global damage reduction, thus if you have a superior rune of absorption, it will give every area the -3 absorption bonus. Also this will stack with Knights armor. Thus if you have a full set of Knight's armor and a Super Absorption rune then you will have -6 to each area. If you have the rune and only certain pieces of Knights armor then you will have -3 to everywhere and -6 to the areas that have the Knights armor. I would also like to point out that a warrior should always have a superior absorption rune, however for Knights armor you will find that armor that has a higher AL will benefit you more unless you are in a specific area that has more physical damage dealing mobs, like for farming Trolls.
